Yep, we both paid overtime and hired a temporary person, but the pile's gone down now. As to American Express, they are a hassle to deal with but I can handle a few orders that way, just don't like to<g> and really prefer not to. Tell your friend in Japan we would much rather have an international money order, wampum, beads, anything but American Express. --Ralph
