Solaris x86 version - when ?

 [1/4] from: peoyli:algonet:se at: 11-Apr-2001 11:07

Subject says it all.. As the Amiga version is incredibly slow (maybe a compile for PPC could speed it up), one have to use another system to write/test scripts.. ..and as I can't stand out using windows (and barely have it installed on any of the three peezees here), I prefer to use one of the Solaris x86 equipped machines for development.. So, when will there be either a PPC Amiga version, or Solaris x86 version available (I really prefer the first one) ? /PeO

All of the platforms listed on the view download page will be provided within a week. Others will take a bit longer. Some, like Macintosh, may take a while (month or more). Sorry, I can't be more specific.

A /View for Macintosh version in a few months? Carl, I could kiss you, if you weren't a guy who does a lot of herbal facials ! :-) (By the way, I've been wondering what "herbal facials" are for longer than one year since that interview :-) -- Paolo Russo [pa--russo--perd--com] _________________ PERD s.r.l. Thanks... I've been wondering that myself... I've never had one. That was the press just having fun. -Carl
