Real time protocol

When is RTP going to be implemented in REBOL? or is there a way to implement a similar protocol in REBOL? if this protocol could be implemented in REBOL, this would another super reason to use REBOL, thinking of applications that need streaming technology ( videoconferencing, audio, and messaging frameworks) has anyone on the list done any research with rebol in this direction?
