REBOL with Java (FREEBELL) -- R/Java
[1/1] from: dvydra2::yahoo::com at: 21-Feb-2001 16:32
Could we please please change topics of email if we
are flaming?
Now, about Java -- who would be interested in doing an
open-source Rebol in Java implementation? Is FREEBELL
heading that way?
The reason a Java port is important is that many large
companies made huge investments in it. Java is
becoming the "COBOL of the 21st century" (I read this
somewhere)
Embedding REBOL in Java will allow REBOL scripts to
communicate with Java objects in the same address
space.

David
