Cerebrus Update - support for Hotmail

Cerebrus now has working support for Hotmail (tm).

http://www.compkarori.com/cerebrus/cerebrus140.exe
No patches available from 1.3.8 users as this mainly
offers hotmail functionality. 1.3.9 users should
autoupdate ( 38Kbs ).
In Outlook Express, set your userid to
[mynick--hotmail--com]@hotmail.com, set email server to pop
server ( not http ), and pop server to localhost.
Untested with any other email client.
Also timeout settings now work
Cerebrus -t n -noupdate
Will set timeout period to n, and -noupdate will prevent
Cerebrus from checking for updates.

Hmm. I was sure I uploaded this this morning before I had
to rush to catch my bus for out of town, but it seems it
is not there :(
Just uploaded it again.
Sorry about that.
Note that this version does not cache hotmail messages
locally but will in the next update ie. it may fail on
large hotmail messages.
