If anyone is curious, it appears that REBOL runs on the Eee PC. I myself haven't actually used it for anything significant, but I have run a test script to upload a file by ftp, and that worked. I am in the process now of looking for some problem to which I can apply this solution. Is it Debian based? I would like to see Rebol running on the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet. It runs on a debian based Linux too. But its an Arm based processor...

Hi everybody eee-pc is running a Xandros distribution, but potentially all linux flavours can be used : i've tested Ubuntu, Mint, Fedora, OpenSuse ... and also BSB distros. The only problem is the atheros wlan driver which is imperfectly supported, but eee-pc remains a very interesting computer for mobile application. I've also tested Rebol 1.3.2 and 2.7.6 versions and all seems to be perfect execpt for some data writing on storage disk. Regards
