ODBC and Oracle docs posted to RT website

When we revised the web site this month, we've made the NEWS page the main place for all announcements of all types. We try not to clutter the home page, except for the biggest news. News that used to be posted in DEVELOPER is now posted on NEWS. Be sure to refresh your browser pages often... we update about a dozen pages per week on our website.
