-how to exec a rebol script on the client side like java applet and
javascript can exec embedded code in html from the browser on the client
side ?
-is anybody working on a browser plugin in case one component like
rebol/core or rebol/view is not installed ?
-how to send the windowS created with rebol/view on the client side from a
rebol/view cgi script on the server pointed by the client browser (case
where no rebol component is installed on the client) ?

I remember a passing reference in the documentation, once upon a time,
and I think the context was "if there were a plugin, then REBOL could
..", but I don't think it was ever on a real development list, like
/COMMAND and /APACHE are. I would not bet that RT has anything in
active development, and so this would be fertile ground for independant
development.

works for me, when I choose "open from current location" on MSIE5.5.

Rebol crew had the intention of making a browser plug-in at one stage.

Point them to http://www.rebol.com as it's only a very short download time.
It's shorter than other company's download time for their .pdf
documentation!
