[REBOL] New version of RebolBase

There is a new version of RebolBase posted to the rebol.com rebsite under the
Library icon, and then under the db icon.

Changes:

Added ability to specify a subset of fields to include in result set of
db-select.

Added ability to specify sort criteria for result set of db-select.

Cleaned up the internal code a bit (although it still feels messy in spots).
