[REBOL] Network monitoring

Hello!
Have anyone made a network sniffer/monitor?
I would like to watch the traffic on a specific port
without causing any disturbance. Maybe it's only possible
to open the port and redirect the data to the receiving
program on another port.
Any info or links would be appreciated.
