[REBOL] Bug opening a listen port

Before I post a bug report,
can someone confirm the strange
behaviour I am noticing in this script:

	url: http://www.lexicon.net/anton/rebol/bugs/port-bug.r
	do load-thru url

You can use:

	editor path-thru url

to see the full code and notes.

The script eventually succeeds in opening a listen port
on top of an existing listen port, when it should always fail
after the first time. Or that is apparently what is happening.
