[REBOL] chmod anyone?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to do like a chmod on a unix server,
saving a file through ftp?

I was unsuccessful finding docs for this somewhere.
I was also looking at write/allow and /custom, but
I don't know how to use them.

Specifically, I would like to upload a file
with permission 755.
