[REBOL] Core 2.6 - replace/but refinement

I'd like to see a refinement for 'replace, or even 'find : /but or /not

The argument added with those raffinement will be the value that we don't
want to find or replace

Example:

replace/but {4525j3343j1034810}34 55 334

In that case only the second occurence of 34 will be replaced. The first is
actually 334 and we don't want it to find or replace.
