[REBOL] vidwiki updates

I've posted a beta version which
1. allows sorting of the index by date/name ( Carl's simple
file requestor )
2. uses Jeff's scroll-face to ensure that the wiki page does
not exceed your screen size. If it does, then scroll bars
are automatically added.
3. warns you if posts exceed the current maximum of 4108
chars ( url encoded characters )
