[REBOL] rebol in the task bar

hello,
I look for a example of rebol encap-script which install an icon in the
windows task bar .
I  don't  known windows api .
I would like to write a pop3 request  (rebol) which show if  there is
some messages  for a user in the mailbox .
Is there somebody to help me ?
