I have made a small image editing program,
http://www.lexicon.net/anton/rebol/util/pixel-boy.r

It's good at editing small images suitable for icons,
button images, and other gui elements.
It can edit the alpha-channel separately or together
with the main image data.

It needs at least a version of rebol/view > 1.2.1, that is,
a view beta. I have mainly tested it on latest view beta
1.2.8.3.1, though.
