[REBOL] Command vs View event system

Hi, Ordered Command today :-) I would like to know, if we can define e.g. some face, it's 'rate field and let it process events? As Command doesn't contain View part (only some part of engine), I am curious, if we can have events dispatched, at least time based ones? Thanks, -pekr-
