REBOL on a mobile? How far's that away? (A rhetorical question, as
I'm sure no one knows.) It'd certainly influence my next purchase of
one. Java's certainly got a head-start though.

Just to add factoid or two ...
There is a version pf REBOL that runs on Pocket PC platforms.
I just purchased a Toshiba e800 (Intel PXA263, 400 MZ, 128 meg ram, with
another 128 meg on an SD card)
Rebol runs with no problem. Well, ok, one small problem. When trying to do
input the "on screen keyboard" pops up on top of the command line, so it is
not possible to see what you are entering. But all scripts and functions
seem to work fine...
Now if only view would work ...
