Can't find rebol3 alpha download

According to http://www.rebol.com/article/0347.html, a rebol3 alpha is available for download. The article links to: http://www.rebol.com/rebol3/ "REBOL 3.0 Home Page" but I'll be darned if I can't find a download link there. thanks tim
