How do I? - Get FTP to work with NCBi?

How do I get Rebol to work with FTP with NCBi? My pages are here: http://members.ncbi.com/andrewmartin/ Yet I get this error:
>> print read ftp://AndrewMartin:[MYPASSWORD--ftp--ncbi--com]
