Rebol memory footprint

 [1/1] from: jos::trapeze::com at: 12-Jun-2001 16:12

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello all. I just wrote a small utility that looks up words (via view/pro) at the m-w.com website (its in the util section @ rebol.com). I originally implemented this in flash and wanted to do it in rebol as well. I was a bit surprised to see that the memory required for the rebol implementation was much larger then the flash version. rebol: 5.7 Meg flash: 2.3 Meg I just assumed that the Rebol memory footprint would be smaller. Not a complaint, just an observation. jos -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP 6.5.8 iQA/AwUBOyZ3yd4WdA43RP/AEQJ9nACgu2sWAfU0vFG1W9L5PJPhlAdnHIgAnjSH 37tC8QuW1az1HpTcLErRA93i =F9ad -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
