I suspect so. That's probably Tk/Tcl.
It's also used by PD [PureData] and that the GUI for that is sluggish on an old
PII 233Mhz laptop.But On my current Vaio [Win98se PIII 500Mhz 256Mb] both
running quickly, and Leo is nice and snappy. But Tk/tcl still does have some
screen refresh problems. I read somewhere about impending improvements.
