Amiga View/Pro

Hello any Amiga View/Pro users.Normally I run Rebol/View on the pc side of my box but the other day decided to use the Amiga side and when i started it up,Rebol told me a newer version is out.Of course I dled it thru Rebol.But when I go to install it wants to install to /l/.rebol.My Rebol dir is in Work:Rebol and work does not = l .Any body else have this problem?Did a bug report via feedback and a phone call but nada from RT.Thanks! In L: on my Amiga REBOL has installed a little text file called .rebol that gives the path to my View directory. It looks like this... ; This file is for REBOL configuration information. DO NOT EDIT view-install-path %path-to-view... View 1.2.1.1.1 Check to see if you have one there, and if so, try renaming it and re-installing again to see if it was that that was causing you your problem. Hmmm, I also have a .rebol file in my SYS: directory which I've renamed as .rebol-old at sometime, so check there too. I'm pretty sure it's just a conflict with these .rebol files that'll be your problem. I obviously had the same problem once too. (: I think I upgraded by hand though, so using REBOL to upgrade may be a bit different. HTH... -- Carl Read
