ANN: make-doc-pro-103 released

Hi, after some weeks testing the new make-doc-pro implementaion and with the
help of your feedback I finally compiled the new 1.0.3 release. It's available
on my homepage. This is (at least from the implementation point of view) a big
step forward. New features etc. should be much easier to integrate now.
