Gorim

I would like to update the title bar of my Gorim client
while it is running - how does that one do that?
Oh, and some good news. The latest version of Rugby 4.3
seems to be working okay under NT4 without running the CPU
to 100% - after testing for a few hours. Previously, it ran
to 100% only after a few minutes.
I have upgraded the Gorim client so that:
1. You can now switch servers from the "login" menu
2. /msgno - tells you what the current message counter is on
that server
3. /get msgno, or /get offset. Eg. /get -10 retrieves the
last 10 messages, and /get 1000 retrieves all messages over
1000. Sure they are likely to be sitting in your message
log, but this is easier to do.
Not rigorously tested :)

I have also changed Xrebol and Compkarori servers to use the
latest version of Rugby.r

Thanks to Allen/Holger, I've now got that nailed.
Now this may be more fun that practical, but ....
Xrebol and Compkarori chat servers now broadcast messages to
each other. So, a message posted in the lobby of one
server, is automatically cross posted to the other server.
The slow down isn't that noticeable.

Gorim - rugby server based chat/game client - is now up to
0.6.4
sites/compkarori/gorim2
changes: there is a rough implementation using Cyphre's
colour text - so that the userid, datestamp, and message are
in different colours. The common emoticons now display as
an inline image.
Problems: yes, there are a few - screen resizing leaves a
red block on the screen, newlines not working yet. My fault
somewhere as Cyphre's examples work fine.
I've also changed it to point back to the compkarori.com
server until I figure out what is causing the server code
running at xrebol.net to be so slow.
The speed on compkarori.com is similar to that seen on IOS
Conference I'm told.

Until the colour text is stable, I have put up two separate
versions:
sites/compkarori/gorim2 - stable version -> Compkarori.com
sites/compkarori/colourgorim - colour text version ->
Xrebol.net
