[ALLY] better text-list control
[1/3] from: ven:telia at: 10-Oct-2001 11:34
Hello!? :)
Even though this list seems pretty dead atm,
there might be someone who's still around that have an idea
about how to solve this one:
I have a VID text-list which need the options of using
'up and 'down keys and mouse wheel ('scroll-line) as
alternative ways of scrolling the list.
I've looked at the docs but havent found anything that
applies to VID-objects like text-list.
very best regards

Did you try http://www.rebol.com/how-to.html --> "Howto handle user
interface events"?
You should customize the "feel" of your text-list in order to achieve
your goal.
You can find some example in that document.

yes, I had read it earlier but this time I found out what I missed;
window level detection, which solved my problem..
Thanks for your reply.. :)
