MSIE plug-in and cgi scripts

Hi folks
I've installed the rebol plug-in for internet explorer, and mostly find it
works just fine. But when I open a page that is entirely constructed by a
rebol script, and the URL ends with ".r", MSIE believes it is supposed to
execute some rebol stuff, and a rebol window pops up to tell me the rebol
header is missing. An easy workaround is to rename the file so that it ends
with, say ".reb" or ".rbl", but that really shouldn't be necessary. The
error occures only if I print the content-type output from the rebol script
to be "text/plain", not if it is "text/html".
Shouldn't the plug-in interpret only content of type "text/x-rebol-plugin"?
Why does it bother looking at the file name?

Sorry, I realize now that this is due to Windows (and not specifically
internet explorer) trying to execute anything ending with .r as a rebol
script. That's dumb.
