usaps?

Something "interesting" has been heppening here. This link/button
was broken since it appeared on the R/V desktop, at least for me.
(Clicking the usaps link always returned a View failure dialog.)
When I went to the source of the "Sites" icon, I found that the
line for usaps read
folder "usaps" http://www.usaps.net/index.r icon site info "usaps"
So, just for grins, I put the url into my browser. It responded
with a dialog offering to save "index.r" (in a non-REBOL dir).
After that, I could return to R/V and click the usaps link and
get a two-item display (with nice custom icons) of "emailer"
and "readme!"
Now, when I click on "emailer", I again get a dialog stating
Cannot read file:
/c/rebol.view/public/www.usaps.net/emailer.r
returned almost immediately.
However, the "readme!" icon gets me a three-line text file.
Hmmmm... (Just a moment...)
OK. I just went to my browser and entered the URL for the
emailer
icon. Now when I click that icon in the R/V desktop
it appears to run.
A first guess might be to attribute this to some kind of caching
or firewall behavior, but I've never had this happen with any
other Reb site.
Any thoughts, anyone?

I had no problems accessing the usaps applications, just a little slow.
I do however use View/Pro on a Linux box and have noticed that quite a
few of the problems experienced by windows users are absent when I run
the same scripts, perhaps all versions are not created equal

I am however using View/Pro on a linux box, perhaps all versions are not
created equal, that is a worrying thought.
