Rugby/Base explained

 [1/3] from: maarten::koopmans::surfnet::nl at: 17-Dec-2002 8:04

/Base is Rugby without the security stuff, running on Rebol/Base, runs also on Core /Pro is Rugby with the security stuff, running on Rebol/Pro, Runs also on View/Pro and /Command Note that the current versions and website have disappeared for a few days. They will return soon. I may also add both a client and server distribution to further decrease size. --Maarten

I don't understand. Wasn't "old" Rugby already supporting secure stuff? It ran also with View and Core, not /Pro versions .... or am I wrong? -pekr-

You are right, but: /Base runs on the feature set of Rebol/Base , no encryption /Pro ditto, but for Rebol/Pro with encryption These are optimized versions with prebol include files to keep things lightweight. No changes in Rugby itself, just ready to use with the SDK. --Maarten
