Rugby alive again, stop the mails

 [1/5] from: m:koopmans2:chello:nl at: 18-Jan-2002 12:40

Hi All, Those who mailed me (that I was stupid, for a copy, ....) I have put the sites back online. I will continue development and I will keep it alive. -If even other languages look at Rugby.... (browse the ruby talk).... -If the users are happy -If it is mentioned in magazines (Logon France, thank you) -If people send you logo's [Thank you Christopher, it will be used but my mail to you seems to bounce] -If everybody tells you it is stupid, even your wife..... (and she *has* a right, considering the amount of time Rugby costs me). The urls: http://www.rebolforces.com/~erebol http://www.vrijheid.net Append rugby44exp.tar.gz to the urls for the latest version with XML-RPC support. I am truely sorry for any inconvenience this may has caused any of you. --Maarten

Chuckle. Message-to-self - never create anything popular. (: I think you've just made a lot of people happy Maarten. On 18-Jan-02, Maarten Koopmans wrote:

Listen to wife. Definitely a good idea. Mine says that comment is beautiful - she has heard all about Rugby now :)

No worries. No harm done. Lots of good has resulted. :) Brett.

wow Vive la rebolution: Thank you very much Maarten :-)

I imagine many can relate... My lovely wife threatens to leave me almost every day because of !@#$ computrs. One of the deeper ironies of REBOL is that since I discovered it, not only do I spend even more time transmuted in front of the silver screen, but now I am happy. Shame on me!!

No. Truly thanks for the wake-up call. Never to take gifts for granted, or people's time and talent. ./Jason
