Mac OS X Beta?
[1/3] from: rex::smallandmighty::com at: 23-Oct-2000 3:06
Any chance of there being an updated 2.4 experimental build for Mac
OS X? The current experimental version says it's expired.
At home, I've been using 2.4.37 on Mac OS 8.6/9 and at work 2.4.37 on
Linux x86, and while the 2.2 works on Mac OS X Beta, my code's become
somewhat dependent on stuff that's in 2.3+.

Same problem here.
And I would be glad to know when we'll have /View for Macintosh too.
Anyone knows something about?

It is rather high on our list, but as Carl explained in another
thread, we currently have too much to do and too little time to
do it in. It may take a while until we find the time to port View
to the remaining four platforms (MacOS, WinCE, QNX, Elate). Please
be patient.
As for the Mac OS X version timing out: that version could not be
released in the last batch of experimentals because of hardware
problems with one of our Macs. Once these problems are resolved we
should be able to release the next experimental version for Mac OS X.
