Http via Safeweb?

I had an application idea for downloading http content anonymously, but the Freedom network is ceasing to exist this month. 8-( (When running the Freedom network your http requests were encrypted and routed to their network.) I would like to try to move forward with the idea by using Safeweb (http://www.safeweb.com), but they route data through their servers quite differently. I have asked them for permission before I proceed and I am waiting to hear back from someone. Any ideas if this may be technially feasible? Here is the URL for ZDNet when browsing with Safeweb, which gives Rebol fits...I do not know technically what happens, except that URLs are encrypted as well as content by using their servers. https://www.safeweb.com/o/_o(410):_win(4):http://chkpt.zdnet.com/chkpt/zdhptn02/http://www.zdnet.com/reviews
