Exactly. READ-IO and WRITE-IO are only needed in async I/O because
INSERT and COPY do not seem to work as expected in this case. This
is probably due to the "experimental" state of the async code in
REBOL. Once this gets fixed, probably we'll be able to avoid these
functions at all.
