I did pay $300 in 1995 for Java training, and it was really fairly poor quality
in retrospect, but was an exciting course at the time.
Training like this has been in my cross-hairs (Rebol certification should be
much more valuable than MSCE or Java Certification) for quite some time. I
think both online and a traveling road show would be nice.
Course, every time I build an investment or project/product demo, I am putting
these into my training suitcase...;-)
I suspect Universities will also be forced at some time to switch from Scheme to
Rebol as the intro to programming course for freshmen.
Sometime we should have a rebol-one developer conference. Been too busy to
plan, but maybe the Rebol/IOS release would be a good time. A good way to
develop training and practice. Have simply been too busy to put it together
yet.
