I really don't like the syntax. I find it very confusing. When you read
through the basic syntax page, it seems that every thing has its own rule...

but There are so many different types of words that I find it even more
confusing... things like ".+." don't strike me as being easy to read.
the only thing I say that seems cool is that indentations replace brackets,
which I always taught was logical.
Note that I haven't Gone through the site... but the "Pliant is better than
C" attitude which comes back often makes me think that the author still
thinking like a C or Perl programmer and just wants a different syntax for
the same kind of work...
no, in my mind, there is -still- one and only alternative to REBOL and
that's python, especially if linked to CORBA... but now we have rugby and
ios (and will soon have xwire)... so who cares :-)
My two cents.... (actually, being Canadian, I'd have to say my ONE cent, our
currency being so lame).
