[REBOL] Mac MAMP and Vanilla

I just posted install instructions for getting Vanilla 0.6.2 running
on the Mac using the MAMP (www.mamp.info/) installation of LAMP. (see
the code example section of the REBOL Talk Forum)
This is a very popular installation (50,000 + downloads from Version
tracker) and many people use it as a test server, since the Apple OSX
included LAMP is rather old.
The OSX instructions on the Vanilla site are incomplete or old and
don't address the MAMP installation at all.
