IOS is on the verge of being released, and I would be very anxious to try it
as a basis for collaborative development, building the tools we need to
really take advantage of it for software development. Even without IOS
though, you could roll your own using Rugby. I don't know of any complete
toolsets for this kind of thing (e.g. diff'ing, vcs, etc) but I know some
people on this list *are* working on some development tools for REBOL.
