[REBOL] Linux Shell Commands From Rebol

Hello,

        Just wondering if someone can help me with my problem.  I have
        been
        searching through the documentation and have come up empty
        handed.

        I would like to create a script that watches for root processes
        on a
        linux server and will then send me an email message.  The issue
        is
        running a linux shell command from a rebol script...any ideas?
