hi,
funny I was having the same problem three days ago installing apache on my
laptop and it was pretty simple, looking in the error log gave me pretty
much all I needed to figure things out.
the only thing I might suggest is to install apache in a folder with no
spaces, I have had some issues in the past with rebol not wanting to run
scripts from the command-line when they where under under a space-including
path. might be an issue within apache too, I don't know, but I made sure,
just in case.
