[REBOL] Timestamping

Hi:
While we are on the subject of RSA and encryption; does Rebol do
timestamping? I may be
asking a dumb question here -- as I am in unfamiliar territory. I have a
feeling that timestamping
should be easily implementable using Rebol, but will it conform to gnupg
standards?
