[REBOL] <style> syntax for the distorter

Phew!

At last, I got the syntax right for Style-tag manipulation in the distorter
(e.g. <style type="text/css"><!-- @import url(stylesheet.css); --></style>)

So now even RebolForces looks OK:

..and I may finally go to bed.
