It should return either: index? tail :b - real-index? :b , or max 0 index? tail :b - real-index? :b Both are acceptable for me. This is a different story, than INDEX? manipulation.

If there were a possibility like: peek/default b -7 [none] ; == none it might have the advantages of both. Ciao -L
