That's the way you use it, I've used it, and numerous others. I think it's sensible to remain open to a deployment channel that enjoys developer attention. Although not everyone wants to swap out php for REBOL, I think interest could rise if REBOL were more optimized to the task. If you consider scripting popularity -- python, ruby, perl and php-- all rose to prominence with strong support for web-app frameworks. Even Java owes its standing to the server environment. On the server host, there is still some diversity in platforms and languages. The desktop environment is foreboding for a small, proprietary vendor. This environment translates to direct competition with Adobe (AIR/Flex), Microsoft (WPF, Silverlight), Netscape (Prism), and a handful of other not-insignificant players (Curl Nitro, Open Laszlo, etc.).
