I recently sent this reply to the ML about the problem. And it hasn't
appeared!!
To help with one of my theories, could you re-send it to the ML,

There appear to be two problems (at least) right now with the mailing list.
1. Some messages seem to be being discarded by the ML software
I attempted to send a reply to the PLUGIN Version differences thread
yesterday. I sent it twice -- it has not appeared at all. A different
reply from me
did appear.
2 Some messages don't get to all users
I can see (because I am subscribed to the ML in three different ways) that
some messages appear to be sent to only some users.

There is no pattern in any of this.
Usually, a message will appear on REBOL.org within 3 hours -- that's about
how often the automatic process is run when things are quiet (it runs
more often
if the ML appears to be active).
But, as of yesterday, I've turned the automatic process off until we
find out
why it isn't being given all messages.
It is definitely mysterious. I have some theories, but nothing that makes
much sense.
