I've just tried it on G3 Mac at 233Mhz in my work and the behaviour is the
same like on [Celeorn--533Mhz] !!! I couldnot get over 20fpshere too.
It is very bad that we probably cannot get over 20fps using 'rate even on
strong enough machine :(( Maybe it is a bug or limitation of timing in
Rebol??
How can I make animation with 30 and more fps??? Maybe someone(probably
Holger) from RT should explain/comment this issue.
