The version of Encap I never used before Encap was available was vaporware.
The first version of Encap I used was somewhat limited in its use, but I
wouldn't call it buggy.
Now, I've got probably two dozen encapped applications written for a client
of mine. Works great! So the correct answer would be:

I'd recommend it for software projects of all sizes. Last time I checked,
it was $499 plus 10% commission on all sales of products where Encap was
used (or something like that).
