[REBOL] My Emails aren't getting through

Hello All:
It is common (in fact appears to be the rule) that emails to this
list are not posted for up to 12 hours, and in fact some have to be
reposted more than once.
Is this a common problem?
OR
Is it possible that I am doing something wrong?
Am CC'ing to Holger, perhaps someone might notice something
awry in my headers...
I'm on many other lists and most of my postings will show in 10 minutes
to an hour....
any help would be appreciated.
