Yes. It's pure REBOL.

I don't think I've posted them anywhere, but I'll zap them to you for
review, and we can decide if they're worth posting, if we find others
want to work on this.
It opens up a lot of questions, and really requires a lot of little
pieces; file globbing, command line processing, redirected I/O, etc. I
like the idea of a REBOL-based approach with a *nix-ish compatibility
layer, but could never justify the time to take it all very far.
