[REBOL] Library example not working

Hi All,
After 4 months of high priority projects, I can finally find time to get back
into Rebol.
I have a need to get a directory listing and massage it a bit. I went to the
library
and tried to run "dir-tree.r".
I get the following:
>> dir-tree %/c/rebol
** Access Error: Cannot open /c/rebol
** Where: dir-tree
** Near: current-list: read current-path
if not
>>
Any Ideas????
