Will the library consist of entire scripts? or simply functions?
I'd like to see a library of stand-alone functions which can be used as the
building blocks for larger projects.

Ah, well Allen Kamp offered to join as well, so there is three of us.
My main concern is that we have a situation of talking only.
My initial approach would be:
- Honor al of your points below.
- Take existing, proven, widely used Rebol code, put that into a standard
form, archive it as a .rip and publish that.
Enhance it based on feature requests. Perhaps we should divide some topic
areas, like networking, software engineering, View, ...
What do you think?
